Route 15 North in Stratford was closed because of a vehicle fire and a lane on the southbound side of the highway was closed because of police activity, according to CTRoads.org.
The road has reopened.
Route 15 North was closed between exits 52 and 53.
The left lane was closed on Route 15 South between exits 53 and 52.
