Police arrested a seventh suspect Monday in the deaths of two people found murdered along I-384 last June.
Connecticut State Police charged Michael D'Orazio, 36, with tampering with evidence and conspiracy.
D'Orazio was arrested in a Florida jail.
Police say D'Orazio and six others conspired to kill Ronald Brown and Eric Kimberly in Bristol, then dumped their bodies on a Manchester highway.
