Willimantic police are investigating after gunshots were fired outside a night club early Sunday morning.
Police responded to the Abracadabra night club on Main Street around 2 a.m. and witnesses reported hearing an argument outside the club as it was closing and said it escalated.
One man pulled a knife, then the other pulled a gun and fired several shots, police said. No was injured and both men drove off separately.
Officers found several shell casings in the parking lot and Willimantic detectives from the criminal investigation division are investigating.
Police ask anyone who witnessed the incident to call the Willimantic Police Department Criminal Investigation Division.
