Customers Less Satisfied With Automakers: Survey

For the second year in a row, satisfaction with the auto industry is down, according to a new American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report released Tuesday. Scores fell for 16 of the 21 nameplates measured in the survey. And the ACSI score for domestic automakers now sits at a five-year low. Only two brands — Chevrolet (up four points) and Buick (up one point) — improved their scores.
