    A Colon Cancer Patient Gets the Right Care at the Right Time

    Make these yummy dinner toasts.

    This recipe makes four servings.


    • 4 slices of rye bread
    • ¼ cup of tomato sauce
    • 4 slices prosciutto
    • 4 Tbsp. goat cheese
    • 4 Tbsp. grated parmesan
    • 1 Tsp. olive oil


    • Place the rye bread slices on a baking sheet, spread the tomato sauce on each slice and top with prosciutto slices, goat cheese, parmesan cheese and olive oil.
    • Place in a preheated 400-degree oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the toppings just start to brown and the bread is crisp.
    • Transfer to a cutting board and slice into four pieces each. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with mixed greens.
