Police say a 21-year-old Bridgeport man placed an order from Domino’s, and when the delivery driver showed up, he took the driver’s money – and the pizza.
According to police, Howard S. Moore, Jr. ordered pizza July 11 and asked to have it delivered to an address on Huntington Road. When the driver arrived, Moore paid and asked him for change.
While the driver was making change, Moore allegedly grabbed his cash and took the pizza, police said.
Moore later confessed to the robbery during an interview with detectives, according to police.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree robbery and second-degree larceny.
