Don’t plan on picking up booze at a liquor store in Connecticut on Sundays anytime soon.
A legislative committee in a voice vote blocked the bill that would allow it on Tuesday, the Connecticut Post reports.
This does not, however, mean that Sunday sales are done. They could be reintroduced as an amendment to another bill or added to the state budget, the Hartford Courant reports.
