You could be collecting $365,000 a year for life.

You know about Powerball and MegaMillions, but there's a new lottery game on the horizon just for people in New England and the first drawing is tonight.

It's called "Lucky for Life,"  and top prize winners will get $1,000 a day for the rest of their lives. You read that right, $1,000 a day.  For the rest of your life.

The first drawing will be held on March 15, with drawings held each Monday and Thursday.

This game replaces "Lucky 4 Life," which offered prizes of $2,000 a week for life, and provided the foundation for the new game.

The $2 tickets are sold at lottery outlets here in Connecticut as well as Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.  This is the first time that all six New England states have collaborated on a lottery game.

The former "Lucky 4 Life" offered $2,000 a week for life.
