A man was hospitalized after he was shot in Hartford early Saturday morning.
Hartford police responded to reports of shots fired at 1166 Albany Ave. at about 12:48 a.m. on Saturday and found a man with a gunshot wound in his right torso, police said.
The victim told police he was shot during a robbery.
An ambulance transported him to St. Francis Hospital to treat him for a non-life-threatening injury.
Major crimes and crime scene detectives responded and the case remains under investigation.
No arrests have been made at this time.
