Manchester Police Investigate Gas Station Robberies

Manchester police are investigating after two gas stations on Hartford Road were robbed within 24 hours of one another.

According to police, two men wearing ski masks robbed the Mobile gas station at 427 Hartford Road in Manchester early Saturday. Police said they stole cash and cigarettes and that no one was injured during the incident.

Then, after midnight Sunday, a single robber armed with a knife targeted the Sunoco station just down the street at 406 Hartford Road. No injuries were reported. It’s not clear if anything was stolen.

The perpetrator is described as a tall white male standing about 6-feet-three-inches tall. Police said he was wearing a camouflage mask and black sweatshirt. He took off on foot and police attempted to track him, but he got away.
