A 52-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run in West Haven on Sunday morning and police have identified him Rudy Chacon Portillo, of, West Haven.
Police found him when they responded to Boston Post Road and Barbara Street just after 2 a.m. on Sunday.
Police previously said they found the vehicle and the driver involved in this crash, but have not released the suspect's name.
The Police Department's Major Accident Squad is investigating and police will determine if charges will be filed.
