Hartford police are investigating a double shooting on Sunday night in the area of 173 Babcock Street and said it might be related to an ongoing domestic matter.
One victim was shot in the buttocks and the other was shot in the arm, according to police.
Both victims are fine and talking, police said.
Major crimes is investigating.
