East Hartford police are searching for 44-year-old Emmanuel Dodoo, who is accused of sexually assaulting a minor at his home on Turtle Creek Lane.
Dodoo is wanted on charges of first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor in connection with multiple incidents, according to police.
Authorities are asking for the public’s help in tracking him down. His last known address was an apartment at 8 Turtle Creek Lane in East Hartford.
Dodoo is described as a black man who stands 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. Police said he has black hair and brown eyes.
