A Studio City house featured in the 1990s TV sitcom "Boy Meets World" has sold for $1.29 million, a spokeswoman for the real estate agency said.
The Colfax Avenue home sold Feb. 28 following a reduction of the original asking price of $1.59 million, according to the Rodeo Realty spokeswoman. The new homeowners plan to restore the Cape Cod-style residence, which was used for exterior shots of the home where Cory Matthews, played by Ben Savage, lived with his family.
Tall hedges and a gate provide privacy for the two-bedroom, two bathroom home on 2,500 square feet of living space. A sun room, den and large lawn are some of the highlights.
Prior to the sale, the home was owned by Joe Campanella, the TV actor with roles on "Gunsmoke," "Days of Our Lives" and "The Bold and the Beautiful," according to listing agent.
