Two lanes of Interstate 91 North are now getting by in Cromwell.
The highway was closed between exits 20 and 21 in Cromwell because of tractor-trailer crash.
The truck is on its side, across all lanes, state police said earlier.
To get around the backup, use I-691 as alternate.
This is one of several crashes on the state's roads this morning.
