A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a van on Still River Drive near Lovers Leap State Park in New Milford Thursday afternoon, according to police.
Police identified the victim only as a man and said he was not wearing a helmet.
LifeStar was called to the scene to transport the victim.
The driver of the van was not injured, according to police. Both vehicles were towed from the scene around 5 p.m.
Still River Drive was closed for hours while authorities investigated.
The crash happened at the intersection with Pumpkin Hill Road.
No fault or cause has been determined.
