Police have an arrest warrant for Angel Luis Santiago for the June death of a 5-month-old.

Ansonia police are looking for man wanted in connection with the death of a 5-month-old baby.

Authorities have an arrest warrant for Angel Luis Santiago.

In June, police responded to a call of an unresponsive infant at a home on Hubbell Avenue in Ansonia. There they found 5-month-old Kyle Robinson unconscious and tried to revive him. He was in the care of Santiago, the mother's boyfriend, at the time. The baby was rushed to Griffin Hospital and then transferred to Yale-New Haven Hospital. He died the next day.

The medical examiner determined Kyle died of blunt-force trauma to the head and his death was ruled a homicide.

After a six-month investigation, police obtained an arrest warrant charging Santiago with first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Police have tried to find Santiago, but have not had luck. They are asking the public for help finding him.

Santiago is believe to be living in the Ansonia area, but visits family in Bronx, New York frequently, according to police.
