A Southbury man who was already on probation for exposing himself to a 10-year-old in a supermarket is under arrest again.
James Diewold, 74, was arrested Monday after a month-long investigation into an incident at a New Milford gas station.
Diewold allegedly propositioned a man at the Citgo station on East Street in April, police told the Torrington Register-Citizen.
Diewold had already been granted accelerated rehabilitation on his prior arrest, the Register-Citizen reports.
