Police have arrested the man accused of stabbing another person in the abdomen during a fight in Naugatuck.
Dwight Brown, 44, is facing assault charges. Police said he stabbed the victim around 11:45 p.m. at 346 High Street in Naugatuck after the two began to fight.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of a three-inch gash.
Brown was charged with first-degree assault, breach of peace and first-degree reckless endangerment with intent of intimidation.
He was held on $250,000 bond and appeared in court Monday.
