Emergency crews responded to a tractor-trailer fire on Interstate 84 in Tolland Thursday.
Tolland fire officials said they were called to the fire on I-84 east just before exit 68 around 8 p.m. Cell phone video from the scene shows heavy fire and what appears to be an explosion.
