Turkey Burrito


  • 4 - 12 inch flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • Sliced turkey
  • Any extra vegetable
  • Turkey gravy


  • Lay each tortilla on a flat surface and divide the cranberry sauce in the middle of each one. Then ½ cup mashed potatoes, then ½ cup of the stuffing, layering each ingredient on top of the other. Next lay a few slices of turkey on top of the stuffing; now add any extra vegetables you may have left over about ¼ - ½ cup each tortilla. Fold in the side and gently roll the burrito up.
  • Place all 4 burritos on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375-degree oven until hot and crispy - about 7-10 minutes.
  • Heat the leftover gravy in a pan on the stove and divide into little cups for dipping.
