A vehicle overturned in the median on Interstate 84 in Manchester on Wednesday and it has been removed. The vehicle overturned between exits 62 and 63 on I-84 East, according to CTRoads.org. Police and fire crews responded and the HOV lane was blocked. The scene has since cleared. No additional information was immediately available.
