Dr. Petit Will Be Allowed to Sit in Courtroom
When Steven Hayes goes to trial on Monday, accused of killing Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters, Dr. William Petit will be allowed to sit in the courtroom.
Dr. Petit is the only survivor of the brutal home invasion in 2007.
On Wednesday, a judge ruled that, although Petit will be called as a witness for the prosecution, he would be allowed to hear other testimony in the case.
Hayes and Joshua Komasarzjevsky are accused of killing the three women.
