    Several State Parks Closed After Reaching Capacity

    Some state parks are closed after reaching parking capacity. Sleeping Giant State Park in Hamden, Wadsworth Falls State Park in Middletown, Paugussett State Forest in Newtown and Kettletown State Park in Southbury are all closed for the day. Collis P.
